The Role

You'll set up and run production on CNC mills and lathes with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls, using proven programs and owning first-piece quality. A reliable, organized team player who keeps learning the trade will thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Set up machines from proven programs — cut jaws, touch off tools, set work coordinates
  • Read prints and apply GD&T requirements
  • Measure parts with micrometers, height stands and comparators; adjust offsets to hold print
  • Record setups, tool usage and production output
  • Troubleshoot and maintain machines; work with programmers and engineers to improve processes

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of CNC setup experience on mills or lathes
  • Working knowledge of GD&T
  • Self-starter who works well with limited supervision
  • High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree welcome
  • This role involves ITAR-controlled technical data: U.S. persons (citizens and nationals, permanent residents, refugees and asylees) may access it; other applicants may require U.S. government export authorization

What You'll Do

  • Deburr and edge-break machined components using hand tools, brushes and abrasives
  • Work under microscopes and magnifiers on small, delicate features
  • Inspect your own work against prints and workmanship standards
  • Handle parts with full FOD control and lot traceability

What We're Looking For
